Mood and Energy

Paying attention to mood is vitally important to staying motivated. StrivePD make it easy to track how you’re feeling, whether occasionally, every day, or every few hours.


  • On the My Day screen, tap on the “Mood” box.
  • Select the mood and energy level that represents how you’re feeling.
  • Take a moment to reflect and add a note here.


To remind yourself of a simple activity, or to engage in new activities, setting goals can be very helpful.


Tap on goals, select a built-in goal, or select “Add a custom goal,” write and save. To delete a goal, swipe to the left, then tap on the pen to edit, or the trash bin to delete.
